Seek health advice in relationship?

My wife and are in monogamous relationship and have no history of STD, etc.. We presume that oral *** is completely safe for us? Is there any other health concerns for both of us such as cold sores, etc., or at any time this act should not be done for health reasons...? Is it safe for me to ejaculate *** in her mouth? What are the considerations for our hygienic care before of after having oral ***? What about brushing or using mouth before and after oral ***. Any advice to make this fun and safe for both of us. Can my wife feel more comfortable with the taste of ***?Seek health advice in relationship?
You still run the risk of HPV, as it is unlikely neither of you have it. I鈥檓 sorry, but if you have to ask how to make this more fun and are worried about oral hygiene before and after 鈥?I don鈥檛 think anyone here will be able to help you.Seek health advice in relationship?
Of course these are private things you have to work out between the two of you.

Not every woman enjoys the taste of sperm, if she wants just let her use her hand right at the end and do it into her boobs, now what kind of red-blooded male wouldn't enjoy that I don't know!

As far as the tastes of her privates - there are love jelly kind of things which help this a bit in case you don't enjoy it (DON'T tell her that!), and make it more fun and maybe tingly too.

Good hygiene is important, but basically nothing is necessary beyond normal washing and showering the areas! When I was younger we used to sometimes just keep a wet washcloth on the nightstand for whiping off a bit before going to sleep - that worked well. No need for mouthwash - ha ha. And that might send the wrong message.
Oral sex should not be done if either of you have any signs of cold sores (they are contagious and can be passed to the genitals during oral), or if you have stds or infections in your mouth or throat. You know you could have an std and not even know it since most of the time they show no symptoms. It doesn't matter if your monogamous or not, all it takes is for your partner to have an std. I contracted herpes after being monogamous with my boy friend for more then 3 years (and are still together).

It is safe for you to ejaculate in her mouth as long as you don't have stds that can not be passed through seamen. I must say seamen is an acquired taste and not every one will like it (mostly because they know where it comes from). Just try to get her to relax and have lots of for play.

Maybe you both should get an std test done to be on the safe side and include one for HSV (herpes simplex virus which is what can cause cold sores).
