look up divorce laws for the state in which you live,,, there should be sites with links for what you seek
Look in the yellow pages under ';divorce attorneys';-they ALL pass out free advice -but you take in at least a half dozen or more ';advises'; and see what meshes and what doesn't and theres your advise ..
Some attorneys allow a 30 min free consultation.


Some states have legal aid which could be called something different.


I would call an attorney's office and ask the secratary if they know if your state has a legal aid office. Or check your yellow pages for free consultations.
