My wife and I are considering purchasing a new Flex-Fuel Chevrolet. We are interested in learning more about them as compared to normal gasoline-powered vehicles from the perspective of people who currently own one. Our two main concerns are:
1) Are they really that much better on mpg?
2) Are they more costly to repair/maintain?
We know what the dealer has told us. What do owners say? HELP!! Seeking advice from owners of GM's flex-fuel vehicles? ?
if you use the E85 you will get about 1/3 less mpg
