You should stop asking your family for advice and talk to a professional. There are many companies that you can use but one of the best places to start is your own Bank... They are often the ones who you have a loan with, and or your mortgage and are able to refinance or consolidate loans etc to help you with your finances. The bank has financial or investment advisers that will help you plan for your future and unlike other companies it is usually a free service. Call your Bank and tell them that you want to meet with their financial planning adviser.
