Seeking advice on how to build strong self confidence and fight inferiority?

I think confidence is like a rubber band. We need to stretch it, by realizing each day that we are a unique individual that no one else is like us, with talents and gifts just waiting to be discovered. And, understand that Self worth and Self Confidence is just that , in our selves. That, No one else can give it to us.


We are subjected to others views and ideas of who we are, But, that ridicule and thoughtless comments by one or many does not a person make. WE make who we are by what we do, not what others say. A Star only shines as bright as the fire that burns from within. The self confidence and worth we personally develop can combat anything if we truly believe in ourselves. I know, been there so deeply feeling a failure, i couldn't function. I turned it around, by basically reprogramming my internal faulty beliefs others had planted. Got the negative people out of my life, and found excitement, joy and peace I never knew before!


Find one thing you have wanted to do,but never thought could accomplish.. Take steps to learn, study and then believe!.. I got into Marital Arts.. that one i never thought i could or would do.. the first board i broke many years ago gave me a whole new sense of power and worth i never thought i would experience.. years later... well, lets say .. I am still doing more and more of the things in life once i only dreamed of doing. I have even performed.

What is that ';inferiority'; that you talk about? Self confidence is built after overcoming all kinds of problems with resolution. First you have to realize that there's no such thing as inferiority, then you will not feel inferior, because you can't consider yourself something that doesn't exists.Seeking advice on how to build strong self confidence and fight inferiority?
Fake it until it feels real.





In other words, act like the person you want to be. The internal stuff will follow.





It worked for me.
become a Stripper ...... and learn how to hustle people .. that will give you confidence in yourself .....
keep telling yourself good things and great qualities about yourself, i have a friend who post stickers on her bathroom mirror so when she is getting dressed she sees encouraging messages all the time and has started to believe them, it is also good to have a support system and let then know your having issues and they will help you
kill everybody who you might think is superior than you , before you know it people will write books about you
Five Ways to Regain Your Lost Self-Confidence





1.Look at the brighter side.





2. Stop comparing yourself with other people.


Stop looking at other people who seem too happy and comfortable to you from a distance. Stop comparing their comfort with your suffering.





This will only frustrate you further. Focus on yourself and make every effort you can make to go out whenever you are feeling down.





3. Self-pity is very addictive and capable of destroying lives. Instead of indulging in self-pity (though we all do from time to time), take control of your life and take responsibility for your actions, learn from your mistakes and make a fresh start.

5. Are you standing in your own way? In our lives, too, we cause a lot of shadows by standing in the way of our own happiness. In today's world, it is important to be flexible.

Don鈥檛 forget, there is always a way to regain your lost self-confidence. You just have to look for it. Because finding is reserved for those who search.
Learn to use will power to control your thoughts, feelings and actions in accordance with ethical desires, motives and goals. I am not joking.
1. Try to know yourself better


2. Know your strengths and weaknesses


3. Interact with more people and observe their styles, confidence level and communication


4. Be strong in the subject that you know very well


5. Be focussed in what you do and you want to achieve


6. Try to chant some positive words like ';I CAN'; till you gain confidence


7. I propose you to do meditation for better realization of your yourself


8. Do not assume or take things for granted


9. Do not get carried away


I strongly believe these things will workout for developing self confidence
contest next parliamentary election. all your inferior complex will go!
