bad skin ( not what I would consider 'acne') was prescribed topical lotions which did not help.Periods started age 12.... now 16 and still irregular... should I be worried/ seek medical advice?

This has nothing to do with the Q but your underweight almost severely underweight.As for the Q go to the doctor.
I got prescribed Dianete for my bad skin AND for controlling my periods.


I would very much recommend seeing your doctor about something like that, it's really helped
