1.)When you say server do you mean hosting? If you mean hosting then you can get that at many webhosting sites (I suggest www.1and1.com), If you meant a server then I would suggest getting a vps from 1%26amp;1 too. With either package you get a free domain.
2.)Live chat thats pretty easy you need to find a IRC server which you can choose from (I suggest you look on http://searchirc.com/) and then download PJIRC and set up the config to your channel on the IRC server.
3.) Invasion forums or phpbb forums with good knowledge of CSS.
4.) Photo section comes with Invasion forums (I think)
or you could make your own using CSS, Flash, Or use Coppermine Photo Gallery.

Seeking advice on how to build strong self confidence and fight inferiority?
I think confidence is like a rubber band. We need to stretch it, by realizing each day that we are a unique individual that no one else is like us, with talents and gifts just waiting to be discovered. And, understand that Self worth and Self Confidence is just that , in our selves. That, No one else can give it to us.
We are subjected to others views and ideas of who we are, But, that ridicule and thoughtless comments by one or many does not a person make. WE make who we are by what we do, not what others say. A Star only shines as bright as the fire that burns from within. The self confidence and worth we personally develop can combat anything if we truly believe in ourselves. I know, been there so deeply feeling a failure, i couldn't function. I turned it around, by basically reprogramming my internal faulty beliefs others had planted. Got the negative people out of my life, and found excitement, joy and peace I never knew before!
Find one thing you have wanted to do,but never thought could accomplish.. Take steps to learn, study and then believe!.. I got into Marital Arts.. that one i never thought i could or would do.. the first board i broke many years ago gave me a whole new sense of power and worth i never thought i would experience.. years later... well, lets say .. I am still doing more and more of the things in life once i only dreamed of doing. I have even performed.

From personal experience, it's more difficult to take my own advice because as Satia said, it holds you accountable. It's easy to dish out advice, because you're not the one with the problem, or the one who has to go through the actions of correcting said problem. Accepting your own advice is admitting you have a problem to fix, and admitting that you're not perfect.
I think we do this because sometimes we think about what is being asked at hand and may take an example from our own lives and realize that wasn't the best choice. And once we realize that we come up with the best possible solution to get people to not to the same stupids things you've done or doing. You can't change the way you are at the drop of a dime especially if you are so used to doing things a certain way. So you tell people what they should do! Taking other people advice gives you some type of assurance.
I learned a long time ago to listen to my own instincts and opinions. So I do listen to my own advice. Usually the first instinct you have about a subject it the right one.
I may ask advice from others only to compare it to my own. To strengthen my perception of things. Not really to follow what their advice is.
We don't seek other's advice with any real intention of taking it, but we usually give it freely. When we give advice, we really should take it ourselves, since deep down it is really meant for us.

Seeking advice for abandon a dog?
I have two dogs, golden retriever eight years old, one of them is a trouble maker. Whenever it hears some sorts of sound like cannon or gun fireing it will become crazy and unrest. (My house is near to an army camp). Recenly it becomes even worse and it has broken a few pieces of my window glass and has hurt ifself. I have two very young grandchildren stay with me and I worry it could hurt them. Now I want to give them up to ASPA and seek you advice what proper procedure should I go through.Seeking advice for abandon a dog?
So you have 2 dogs and one is reactive to loud noises, right? You haven't bothered to try and densentise the noise reactive dog or done any training at all?
Now you can't be bothered with either of the dogs so you want to 'get rid of' the noise reactive one and the other dog.
If they have been spayed and neutered take them to GR rescue. If they are still entire, the least you can do is give them a chance and have them desexed. Rescue should not have to bear the cost of spaying/neutering your dogs. That's your responsibility.
At 8 years old your dog has a better chance of finding another home if it has been spayed/neutered. People are reluctant to take on old dogs as the best of times, let alone entire dogs.
Do not ever be tempted to get another dog. Dogs deserve a permanent home when you take on the responsibility of owing them. They don't have a use by date. I feel very sad for these dogs.

(Not to mention its illegal and will get you in all sorts of trouble.)
it is perfectly normal for dogs to be afraid of loud sounds, especially cannons for heaven's sake! that is extremely depressing. go to or look in the phone book for a no kill shelter if there is one. or try to sell them i would think people would easily take golden retrievers. dont give them away free to a good home unless they are people you know because the people who take those dogs use them for testing and they're better off asleep. what a shame and a waste of dogs that are probably nice. and how lazy are you? i mean i would think you could just stand outside of Walmart and talk to people for an hour and find someone nice who wanted a golden retriever.

You should try getting them trained or gating off certain places near the windows. If you really feel like there are no more options, go to your nearest no-kill shelter. Do not go to ASPA because they are a kill shelter. Keep in mind that it's harder to find homes for older dogs.

I have been in my home for 3 years and I need to try and refinance my main mortgage (I have a 2nd as well). October 1, 2007, my ARM rate jumps from 5% to 7%. I have refinanced my last home, so I know the process somewhat, but I am a bit terrified this time around because it looks like even with moving to a fixed in the high 6s, my monthly out of pocket cost is going up about $1000. So I am looking for ways to ensure I am getting the best loan possible.
I went to my bank who said that they can get me 7.19% fixed with no points and no closing costs or 6.5% fixed with no points but with closing costs (which will cost me around $12,000, but would be wrapped in and financed over the 30 years - ugh!). I am thinking about doing the Lending Tree application but I don't really want to field 10 different mortgage reps' calls over the next 3 days. I think it's worth it if I can get a better deal, though. Right?

It sounds like your bank is offering you a great deal! Lock it. If you are going to be in that house forever, pay the costs. If there is a chance you might move, do the no cost. Rates are going nowhere but up.
If your rate goes no higher than 7%, the two loans your bank offered don't make any sense to me. If it can go substantially higher, I would consider it. And taking those Lending Tree calls might be worth it.
Unless your loan amount is $800K or more, your local bank is not even offering you a true ';no points, but with closing costs'; scenario. $12K is 1.5% of $800K, which is a fair estimate of closing costs for that size of loan. My question to you, is what is the size of your loan in respect to that gross figure for closing costs???

Welcome to our world of wonder and frustration. It is great that you have the rototiller. Do you have anything else? For example have you purchased a Sphagnum Moss, a granular fertilizer, Gypsum, Bone Meal, markers, etc?
Soil, soil, soil! That and irrigation make a garden. Are you prepared for the pest that will invade your garden? Do you have the stakes and cages for the zucchini, cucumbers, and pepper plantings? It is a truth that you must begin before you begin.
Having a rototiller and determination is a great beginning. It can also lead to frustration and quitting. Planning is more than a word and more than 50% of success. While time is short now action is a must. With the exception of the Lettuce all you plants require a similar soil. You are about two months beyond planting the lettuce for any success.
Get thyself to a Box Store and purchase Sphagnum Moss, screened topsoil, granular gypsum, granular bone meal, 10-10-10 with minerals granular fertilizer, and the stakes, ties, cages, etc. Do Not Rototill until you have the soil additives on hand and ready to use. These materials can be bought in the generic form as they are actually better.
Rototill the area giving yourself enough area for the plants and yourself to work at it. This means that you need a minimum of three foot from the base of the outside plants. Till, as best you can for three inches in depth. Remove the debris you bring up. Leave it alone for at least two days to a week to allow the air to work into the soil.
Not knowing the size add the medium amount of Gypsum, the Max of 10-10-10 with minerals, and till again at two to three inches. Let that set for an hour (have a beverage of your choice.) Spread the Sphagnum Moss at one half bag per 1,000 sq ft. and the topsoil at one bag per 1,000 on top.
Rototill that at the two inch level, then, till it deeper (4';) for a few minutes.
Use a heavy rake on the tilled soil to make the beds for your plants. Rake into mounds about two or three inches high. This will leave the watering gullies you need. Plant you seedlings or seeds in the center of the mounds. Every one of these plants need 1' in seperation in the row!
There is dispute as to what to do now. I would prefer to put the cages into the ground around the plantings while the soil is both pliable and the roots not developed. This is your choice. Regardless of the dispute, what is not in dispute is to stake the rows for content and deeply irrigate the plants.
Do Not Do This By Hand. A small movable overhead sprinkler is best.
The Lettuce should have been started in a GreenHouse in Feb-Mar. Try it. It may wilt and actually attract insects and disease. If you see any just junk it. In the meantime prepare yourself for both insect and disease. You can purchase a conventional spray, an organic spray, and all all good products. I will tell you that a combination of Ivory Liquid Dish Detergent at 1/4 tsp per quart, sprayed on the plants will kill most pest. Everyother week you do need to spray the stems and underside of the leaves.

You're also entitled to verify employment and references. I'd check with at least 3 references, and only allow one to be family. Make the other two prior landlords, co-workers, employers or such. You can also check their credit report to make sure they aren't someone likely to skip out on their obligations. (You might need to have them sign an authorization for this in your state.)

Should I seek legal advice due to a drunken incident I was involved in at the weekend? I was arrested but I?

I got into an argument in a pub when I left to go home the guy was outside and I head-butted him (I'm not proud of it) I was then wrestled to the ground by him %26amp; 2 others. I didnt struggle or make any attempt to fight back at this point but whilst I was held down he tried to gouge my left eye out then punched and kick me a few times in the head (two black eyes) before the police arrived. Does this mean I should not expect an assualt charge but instead a lesser charge like breach of the peace? I was going to wait before I consulted a lawyer but should I do that now? If you were bailed to return to the police station then the investigation is ongoing.
If you were not given a date to return then you were lucky, you've got off this time and should learn from it.
It's not actually down to the victim to ';Press Charges'; the CPS decide whether you will be charged or not. The victim could give a statement and want you charged, but unless the CPS agree you won't be charged.
If you have been bailed then if the victim gives a statement, in all liklihood you'll be charged with assault, if he doesn't give one, you should be fine because there is no proof that he didn't invite you to nut him.
It's likely that because of your injuries the police have decided to take No Further Action.

If you didn't see a Judge before you release the next day, you were not charged of anything. I've been in your shoes once myself, but more importantly, this stuff happens all the time. If the guy you got into a scuffle with is not going to press charges, then don't worry about it. I live in Houston Tx, and when there's a fight between 2 people who have no intent in settling things legally, they'll just throw you in the drunk tank to sleep it off. I suffer from depression, and i was very wary about going on medication.
What i started doing was looking in the mirror everyday and telling myself that things would get better and to say one positive thing i did each day. You cant focus on those people that hurt you in the past, you can only look forward. Not everyone out there is ready to screw you over. You need to keep yourself busy, if you shut off from everyone you will dig yourself into a deeper hole and it will be even harder to get out of, try doing new things? Joining clubs? There are loads of things to do, it would be better if you could meet people in your local area who suffer with depression aswell, then you could talk to people and share your problems, there are always loads of support groups available. Things will get better, you just need to get a P.M.A ( positive mental attitude ) If you keep being negative and not wanting to mix with others thats how things will stay, talk to people. Share and most of all be happy :)

There are loads of things to do, it would be better if you could meet people in your local area who suffer with depression aswell, then you could talk to people and share your problems, there are always loads of support groups available. Things will get better, you just need to get a P.M.A ( positive mental attitude ) If you keep being negative and not wanting to mix with others thats how things will stay, talk to people. Share and most of all be happy :)

theres a difference in depression and a bad case of meloncoloy(sp)..but real states of depression have to be properly diagnosed...it could be metabolic, or situational and it could be temporary..you need to take care of yourself so you need to treat this properly...just free advice...good luck.
One sure fire way is to volunteer at a soup kitchen and then you will see just how fortunate you are. Helping others gives you a real satisfaction that you can't get in any other way. I think confidence is like a rubber band. We need to stretch it, by realizing each day that we are a unique individual that no one else is like us, with talents and gifts just waiting to be discovered. And, understand that Self worth and Self Confidence is just that , in our selves. That, No one else can give it to us.
We are subjected to others views and ideas of who we are, But, that ridicule and thoughtless comments by one or many does not a person make. WE make who we are by what we do, not what others say. A Star only shines as bright as the fire that burns from within. The self confidence and worth we personally develop can combat anything if we truly believe in ourselves. I know, been there so deeply feeling a failure, i couldn't function. I turned it around, by basically reprogramming my internal faulty beliefs others had planted. Got the negative people out of my life, and found excitement, joy and peace I never knew before!

It's easy to dish out advice, because you're not the one with the problem, or the one who has to go through the actions of correcting said problem. Accepting your own advice is admitting you have a problem to fix, and admitting that you're not perfect.
I think we do this because sometimes we think about what is being asked at hand and may take an example from our own lives and realize that wasn't the best choice. And once we realize that we come up with the best possible solution to get people to not to the same stupids things you've done or doing. You can't change the way you are at the drop of a dime especially if you are so used to doing things a certain way. So you tell people what they should do! Taking other people advice gives you some type of assurance.
I learned a long time ago to listen to my own instincts and opinions. So I do listen to my own advice. Usually the first instinct you have about a subject it the right one.
I may ask advice from others only to compare it to my own. To strengthen my perception of things. Not really to follow what their advice is.
We don't seek other's advice with any real intention of taking it, but we usually give it freely. When we give advice, we really should take it ourselves, since deep down it is really meant for us.

Seeking advice for abandon a dog?
I have two dogs, golden retriever eight years old, one of them is a trouble maker. Whenever it hears some sorts of sound like cannon or gun fireing it will become crazy and unrest. (My house is near to an army camp). Recenly it becomes even worse and it has broken a few pieces of my window glass and has hurt ifself. I have two very young grandchildren stay with me and I worry it could hurt them. Now I want to give them up to ASPA and seek you advice what proper procedure should I go through.Seeking advice for abandon a dog?
So you have 2 dogs and one is reactive to loud noises, right? You haven't bothered to try and densentise the noise reactive dog or done any training at all?
Now you can't be bothered with either of the dogs so you want to 'get rid of' the noise reactive one and the other dog.
If they have been spayed and neutered take them to GR rescue. If they are still entire, the least you can do is give them a chance and have them desexed. Rescue should not have to bear the cost of spaying/neutering your dogs. That's your responsibility.
At 8 years old your dog has a better chance of finding another home if it has been spayed/neutered. People are reluctant to take on old dogs as the best of times, let alone entire dogs.
Do not ever be tempted to get another dog. Dogs deserve a permanent home when you take on the responsibility of owing them. They don't have a use by date. I feel very sad for these dogs.

Be aware of the fact that a dog that old will be hard to place- it might be easier for everyone involved if you just work with a trainer to work on their fear of loud noises.
Don't just abandon them somewhere and assume they will be found and well cared for by someone- more than likely they will be hit and killed by a car or starve to death before someone finds them ESPECIALLY if they are the nervous personality type of dog and I don't think that's what you want on your conscience. (Not to mention its illegal and will get you in all sorts of trouble.)
it is perfectly normal for dogs to be afraid of loud sounds, especially cannons for heaven's sake! that is extremely depressing. go to or look in the phone book for a no kill shelter if there is one. or try to sell them i would think people would easily take golden retrievers. dont give them away free to a good home unless they are people you know because the people who take those dogs use them for testing and they're better off asleep. what a shame and a waste of dogs that are probably nice. and how lazy are you? i mean i would think you could just stand outside of Walmart and talk to people for an hour and find someone nice who wanted a golden retriever.

You could call your vet; if the times that the shooting happens are on a schedule, you could put your dog on tranquilizers. If there's an animal behaviorist in town, they could help you re-train the dog to help him with his gunshyness (that's what it is).
i personally think that you should just get him trained at a pet school or train them yourself. never abandon a dog because I'm great with dogs and i know a lot about dogs. and i know that if they get abandoned they will never forget their original owner and if they're attached then they will go through depression. :(
Dont give up on your dog. My friends dog was just like that, they sent him to a training camp for 6 weeks, he came back a calm cooll and collected dog, I am a golden owner and I know how well they can change and behave. I know this option is pricey but please dont send your animal away.
You should try getting them trained or gating off certain places near the windows. If you really feel like there are no more options, go to your nearest no-kill shelter. Do not go to ASPA because they are a kill shelter. Keep in mind that it's harder to find homes for older dogs.

i personally think that you should just get him trained at a pet school or train them yourself. never abandon a dog because I'm great with dogs and i know a lot about dogs. and i know that if they get abandoned they will never forget their original owner and if they're attached then they will go through depression. :(
Dont give up on your dog. My friends dog was just like that, they sent him to a training camp for 6 weeks, he came back a calm cooll and collected dog, I am a golden owner and I know how well they can change and behave. I know this option is pricey but please dont send your animal away.
You should try getting them trained or gating off certain places near the windows. If you really feel like there are no more options, go to your nearest no-kill shelter. Do not go to ASPA because they are a kill shelter. Keep in mind that it's harder to find homes for older dogs.

Only 2 weeks! Oh boy, it'll be over in a blink of an eye. I would say with amount of time that you have, 5 days in Bangkok would be the max. Definitely stay in the Sukhumvit area, anywhere soi 1-20. It's Very convenient to go to any of the attractions also close to Siam and MBK malls. There is also a sky train that is easy accessible from Sukhumvit.

Wat Pho
Also a trip to Ayutthaya(day trip), the ancient capital of Thailand, before it was invaded and burned by the Burmese hundreds of years ago. You can book this with almost any hotel. There are several versions of this Ayutthaya tour, take the one with evening dinner cruise. I made the mistake of not taking the dinner cruise and was stuck in traffic for an hour and a half because the tour is over about 530pm. All the tours start on a bus and end the boat so you can just stay on the boat and eat dinner and look at all the lights of Bangkok, it's pretty cool.
With the remaining time that you have, I would either go South or go North, you really don't have time to do both.
South
Since you want to go Diving, Koh Tao is probably the best spot in Thailand. Hi there. i've been to Bangkok, Thailand. Places not to be missed? a lot actually. Let me give you some.. Got to WAT PO, WAT ARUN %26amp; THE GRAND PALACE while cruising the Chao phraya river. You can do that by getting on a ferry at saphan taksin pier. just ride the BTS Skytrain SILOM line and get off at the saphan taksin station. Fare of the ferry is THB13. One of my favorite temple to visit (when i'm in Bangkok is the WAT PO (entrance fee is THB50). To get there, get off at the THA TIEN PIER (pier code is N8). A 5 mins walk and the Reclining Buddha is waiting for you inside the temple. After the visit, you can hop on to another boat ride this time to WAT ARUN (entrace is THB50) which is right across the THA TIEN PIER. Fare is set at THB3. Then enroute to the GRAND PALACE, just take another boat ride back to THA TIEN then walk for 10mins. Walls of the Palace is visible after a few minutes walk. *****take note**** some bystanders will tell you that the palace is close for a holiday and will offer you another tour instead. JUST IGNORE THEM. Make sure you wear proper attire (no sleeveless for girls and no shorts for the guys) and pay THB350 for the entrance. it's best to do this in the morning to avoid the crowd and the afternoon heat. After this, you can ride a tuktuk (make sure you negotiate the fare before riding the tuktuk)or a taxi and head to KHAO SAN ROAD to chill. Food, drinks and souvenir items are everywhere. After khao san road, you can go to MBK or SIAM PARAGON for some serious shopping experience.

Should I seek medical advice...Can not contain liquids?
I am having a lot of abdominal pain, but I have a high pain tolerance. I have pain on scale of 1-10 about an 8.5 under like my breast bone area that feels like a crampy stuffiness (hard to explain) and about a 9 of lower abdominal pain. I also have very watery diaherra (TMI I KNOW) I have been eating nothing but bread today and had some plain noodles to try and comorft my stomach! I have also been drinking gatorade all day and the mere sip of it sends me flying to the bathroom! I can not contain any liquids or solids with out a bathroom trip! I am also having nausea way beyond a 10!! Any advice at all...Should I seek medical advice...Can not contain liquids?
Sounds like Irritable Bowel to me . Just make sure you don't get DEHYDRATED from losing too much water , and you should be fine .

If you are having cramps that do not result in anything coming out , and have excessive GAS , then you definitely have an Irritable bowel .
BUT
If the main complaint is a continuous diarrhea , with the cramps coinciding with the diarrhea , and if you have other symptoms like fever , then you definitely have an infection , possibly from eating the meat .
AND
If there is only diarrhea , a little pain , and no fever , then you might have some kind of reaction to the meat because you never had it before . This will improve with some Imodium , and it will not happen again once you get used to the new type of food .

Sounds like gastroenteritis to me! you may have got it from an airborne virus or contaminated food or water. Go see your Doctor ASAP. They'll test your stools. If it is gastroentiritis from a norovirus (in this case you would be projectile vomiting as well) it should pass in a few days. In any case you need to see your doctor. They may give you antibiotics (if it's not a virus) but at the very least they can give you anti spasmodics and something to calm down the sick feeling.
You must go ASAP as dehydration can take hold extremely quickly and you may need IV fluids.
I would suggest you go to Emergency at your nearest hospital if your doc is closed. Good luck!

with the pain, I think a visit to the med stop is in order or a call to your doctor, most have an after hours Dr for the office that takes calls, you leave a message with their answering service then they call you back. Or call the med stop or hospital, but usually they will tell you to come in. The diarrhea can be explained away as flu and so can the nausea but the pain indicates something more severe. I would not wait for more answers but call right now. Let me know what they say, I am thinking that it is a gall bladder concern as well.

Which means, you won't be able to start to heal until your body has what it needs to correct itself. Basically all the systems rely on that balance, including your immune system.
A trip to the doctor, can help relieve pain and do a complete assessment to find the exact cause. In the mean time, I would try drinking something with electrolytes--gatorade does not have what your body needs
Sounds like Irritable Bowel to me . Just make sure you don't get DEHYDRATED from losing too much water , and you should be fine .

Hi what you mentioned fits the picture of Nervous colon or Irritable Bowel . Many types of food ,especially fatty and spicy ones , cause cramps and gas and diarrhea .

Go see your OBGYN for an emergency appointment, tell them you need a sonogram of your ovaries, that you have been bleeding for 17 days and you are worried you ruptured a cyst. My friend Cheryl had this at age 41 and when she finally went the blood had filled her abdomen and she required surgery and was in a GREAT deal of pain. Call now, don't just assume you are okay.

I have been going to school off and on for a few years now, but the major thing holding me back is my indecisiveness in choosing a major. I have the dilemma in doing what I love vs. doing something that will prove lucrative. I don't want to be a starving artist, but I enjoy writing and art. Along with that I want something that has stability, financial security, and something I won't have a hard time getting a job in. You have a very conflicting situation here as jobs in the arts/writing can be very difficult to find, and may not be the best paying. Take some things into consideration. Is being able to afford some of the finer things in life more important than being able to be a professional artist. Could you perhaps pursue a more lucrative profession that will allow you to practice your art/writing on the side. Would you be willing to move across country to pursue your passion? There are many, many options with any major, but you have to be willing to search them out.
